This site is provided for information and for requesting consultations. You agree to use it lawfully, to provide accurate information when you submit a form, and not to interfere with the site, attempt to access data that is not yours, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
2. No contract until signed
Nothing on this site, including prices, packages, quotes and booking confirmations, forms a binding agreement. Work begins only after a written contract is signed and payment terms are met, as described on our Client Process Terms page.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, layout, logos, branding, images and code, belongs to Angle Forward Consulting or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, resell or create derivative works from it without written permission. Client names and logos shown as examples of work remain the property of those businesses.
4. No guarantees of results
We provide consulting, strategy, branding and development services. We do not guarantee any particular outcome. Business results depend on factors outside our control, including your execution, market conditions, competition, pricing, staffing and timing.
- We do not guarantee sales, revenue, leads, customers, rankings, followers or profitability.
- We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or insurance advice. Consult a licensed professional for those matters.
- Any projections, plans or reports we deliver, including 90 day and 120 day plans, are recommendations only.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Angle Forward Consulting, its owners and its contractors are not liable for any loss of sales, clients, revenue, profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, our recommendations or our services. We are not responsible for the conduct, results, obligations or losses of any client, their customers or their business. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Third party sites and services
The site links to third party platforms such as client websites, social profiles, payment processors and document signing services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angle Forward Consulting and its owners from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of this site, your breach of these terms, or content or materials you provide to us.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Claims must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to them, to the extent permitted by law.
