If you do not agree with any part of those policies, please do not use the site or our services.

3. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, business name, email address, phone number, project stage, requested consultation date, review content, FAQ suggestions and anything else you type into a form on this site.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referring links and general usage data through cookies and similar technology.
  • Client project information: analytics, financial details, brand assets and other materials you choose to share with us during a paid engagement.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we do not sell personal information.

  • To schedule and confirm calls, and to track first-time discount eligibility by email or phone number.
  • To deliver the services described in your contract.

8. Your Colorado privacy rights

We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising or profiling.

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The updated version is posted on this page with a new date, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
