2. Agreement to our policies
By using this site or engaging Angle Forward Consulting for any service, you agree to everything outlined under the Policy section of this website. That includes these Client Process Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms of Service and Accessibility (ADA) policy, all of which are available in the Policy menu at the top and bottom of every page. If you do not agree with any part of those policies, please do not use the site or our services.
3. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, business name, email address, phone number, project stage, requested consultation date, review content, FAQ suggestions and anything else you type into a form on this site.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referring links and general usage data through cookies and similar technology.
- Client project information: analytics, financial details, brand assets and other materials you choose to share with us during a paid engagement.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we do not sell personal information.

- To respond to consultation requests, messages and quotes.
- To schedule and confirm calls, and to track first-time discount eligibility by email or phone number.
- To deliver the services described in your contract.
- To improve the website, our content and our services.
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary for the site to function, to remember your preferences such as dismissing the cookie notice, and to measure general site usage. We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, database and email providers, document signing, and payment processing. Personal details such as emails, phone numbers and internal notes are visible only to the owners of Angle Forward Consulting. 8. Your Colorado privacy rights
Under the Colorado Privacy Act, Colorado residents may request to access, correct, delete or receive a portable copy of their personal data, and may opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling with legal effects. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising or profiling.
