Accessibility & ADA Policy

Angle Forward Consulting is a fully digital business. We build this site, and the work we deliver for clients, to be usable by everyone.

1. Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across angleforward.com. That covers readable color contrast, keyboard access to every interactive element, labels on forms and buttons, meaningful text for images, clear headings and landmarks, and layouts that work on phones, tablets and desktops.

2. Scope

We operate without a storefront or public office. Our services are delivered online and by phone. We treat our website and digital deliverables as the place where access matters, and we apply this policy to consultations, booking, forms, documents we send, and the websites and assets we build for clients.

3. What we do

  • Design and test pages for keyboard navigation and screen reader use.
  • Use descriptive labels on buttons, links, form fields and images.
  • Keep text contrast readable and allow browser zoom and text resizing.
  • Use responsive layouts and touch targets sized for mobile devices.
  • Review accessibility when we add new pages or features.

4. Ongoing effort and known limits

Accessibility is continuous work rather than a one-time certification. Some third party content we link to, such as social media profiles and payment or document signing tools, is outside our control. If something we control falls short, we want to know and we will fix it.

5. Requesting an accommodation

If any part of this site or of our services is difficult to use, contact us at brystontowner@angleforward.com or 970-451-2736 with the page or task involved and the assistive technology you use. We aim to respond within five business days and will provide the information or service through another channel, such as phone, email or an alternate document format, while we work on a fix.

6. Legal note

This policy describes our good-faith standard of practice. It is not legal advice and does not create warranties or additional liability beyond what applicable federal and Colorado law requires.
