How we work together.

Every project begins with a free consultation call. Book it through our website or text our sales team directly. The call is where we learn what your business needs, explain what we can do, and decide together whether Angle Forward is the right fit.

There is no charge for this call and no obligation to move forward. If we both agree to proceed, we outline the scope of work and price before anything is signed.

Once a price and services are agreed on, we send over an agreement form to sign. This is where you outline what you want, including the scope of work, and provide anything we need to begin work. By signing, you also agree to pay the amount stated in the contract upon signing.

If we do not hear back within 48 hours of the form being sent, the prospect is terminated and the project will not move forward.

Alongside our packages, we take one-off requests: business cards, logos, domain research and purchase help, flyers, digital assets, merchandise and other creative work. These are not packages. They are built to your needs and priced on a custom quote basis.

For smaller items we may collect payment through a simple payment link before the finished asset is delivered. Once you receive your asset, Angle Forward is no longer obligated to you or your business in any way. Larger projects, like full website builds, follow the full contract process above.

We complete the work described in the contract. When the agreed needs have been met, we generate a 90-day report and send it to the email address on file as a Word document or Excel sheet, showing exactly what was completed and the progress made.
